Radish is peeled and thinly shredded. Similarly, shake the peeled carrots. Hand rub the carrot and radish, so that the vegetables are allowed to juice. We add to the vegetables a ready-made dressing "For beets and radishes". In its absence, you can simply salt the vegetables and wait until they let the juice. Finely chop a small amount of coriander. When vegetables are let out juice, the superfluous liquid from salad will need to be drained. Sprinkle the vegetables with cilantro, season with olive oil. Salad of radishes with carrots is ready.
