- green onion, sliced - 5 pieces
- grated feta cheese - 7 glasses
- a bunch of parsley, chopped - 1 Piece
- bunch of dill, chopped - 1 Piece
- bunch of mint, sliced - 1 Piece
- white sugar - 1 teaspoon
- milk - 1 glass
- olive oil - 3/4 Glass
- salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
- flour - 21/2 Glass
- semolina - 1/2 cup
- olive oil - 1/4 Glass
- water - 2 Cups
- grated parmesan cheese - 11/4 Glass
- cold butter, cut into pieces - 2 st. spoons
- olive oil - 2 items. spoons
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). Lubricate a deep baking dish. Beat eggs in a bowl, add spinach, leek, green onion, cheese, parsley, dill, mint, sugar, milk and 3/4 cup olive oil, evenly stir. Season to taste with salt and pepper, set aside. In a bowl, mix the flour, semolina, 1 pinch of salt. Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and water, stir until there are no lumps. Pour 2/3 of the dough into a prepared form and spread evenly. Spoon the spinach, then the remaining dough. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, put slices of oil and pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven for about 1 hour.
