1. Stir honey, brown sugar, walnuts, melted butter and salt in a large bowl. Ingredients: Instructions

1. Stir honey, brown sugar, walnuts, melted butter and salt in a large bowl. 2. Put the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 3. Bake in preheated to 175 degrees oven on an average rack for 8 minutes, until sugar and honey is melted until caramel is formed. 4. Take the baking tray out of the oven and mix the nuts with a metal spatula so that the caramel evenly covers them. 5. Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, stir the nuts again and put the pan in the oven for another 3 minutes. By this time the praline will have a rich golden brown color and a distinct nutty smell. 6. Take the praline from the oven and let cool, stirring with a spatula. 7. As soon as the praline cools, form large piles of it, which then break into small pieces with a spoon, knife or hands. Pralines are better to eat immediately, but can also be frozen in an airtight container.
