Summer is the time to take control of yourself and take care of your appearance. In hot weather, you do not really want to eat, just snack with light foods and take advantage of our special diet.
The summer diet includes 7 meals.
Breakfast (choose one dish from 3 options).
- a glass of milk, 2 standard slices of black bread with a thin layer of light oil;
- coffee with milk (without sugar), 2 grain loaves with a thin layer of light oil;
- tea (without sugar), raw vegetables with 1 tsp low-fat sour cream + small banana.
Lunch
- apples, oranges or pears (1-2 pcs.).
- lean oxalic herbs with eggs and st. a spoonful of sour cream;
- 300 g of mashed potatoes with raw vegetables;
- 100 grams lean meat or 150 grams of chicken or 150 grams of boiled fish with a garnish of raw vegetables (not more than 300 grams).
Afternoon snack
- salad from any vegetables except potatoes (radish, cucumbers, tomatoes, green onions, bell peppers, cabbage, carrots).
At 17: 00-18: 00 (4 options to choose from):
- 50 g of low-fat cheese;
- 100 g of low-fat cottage cheese;
- 1 steep egg;
- 2 boiled potatoes (you can make a potato salad).
After six in the evening:
- twice with an interval of two hours - apples, oranges or pears (1 piece each)
- Green tea, any mineral water, diet soft drinks, kvass. Liquids should be drunk to 2 liters a day.
Monday
The first day is vegetable. Let's say you chose cucumbers. You can eat them in any quantity: at least 10, at least 20 kg during the day, but no matter how succulent the cucumbers, they will not replenish the liquid in your body, so we advise you to drink more mineral water this day.
Tuesday
If the previous day was vegetable, then, after him, fruit should follow. For example, apple, orange or pear. Distribute the fruit for four or five receptions and absorb the bulk during lunch. If at the same time you feel an intolerable hunger, then drink a glass of yogurt or kefir.
Wednesday
Today you can eat berries. It can be a fragrant fresh strawberry, plum or gooseberry. Eat berries throughout the day and drink in unlimited quantities of mineral or boiled water.
Thursday
On this day you should give preference to sour-milk products. Choose something dairy - kefir, yogurt or ryazhenka - and drink small sips during the day. If your empty stomach constantly reminds of yourself, then eat a little low-fat cottage cheese with a little sugar without sour cream. Finish this day is best with a glass of kefir.
Friday
Again the vegetables. Choose them at your discretion - it can be cabbage, pumpkin, potatoes (but not fried, and boiled) or juicy tomatoes. Eat only vegetables throughout the day and drink with mineral water.
Saturday
This day, devote to some berries: cherries, apricots or peaches. During the day, eat the berries you have chosen, and at night do not forget to drink a full glass of yogurt.
Sunday
The most, perhaps, hard and difficult. During the day you will need to drink some fruit juice - apple, grape or orange.
And finally one more summer diet in two versions.
So, the first option . It should be adhered to twice a week for a month.
- Breakfast: a glass of sour milk (curdled milk) or warm water sweetened with honey.
- The second breakfast: a glass of fruit juice or some fruit, or raw vegetables.
- Lunch: salad from raw vegetables (green salad, onion, garlic, radishes, cucumbers, parsley, dill, spinach, cabbage and others), a glass of fruit juice.
- Supper: Prepare muesli - a tablespoon of oat flakes (pre-soak them for 12 hours in three tablespoons of cold water), a tablespoon of honey, half a juice or a whole lemon, two grated apples or other fruits. Mix everything thoroughly. Sprinkle muesli with a tablespoon of crushed walnuts, almonds or peanuts.
- The first day - you can eat any raw vegetables, for example, 1 kg of cucumbers, in the morning and before going to bed - a glass of kefir.
- The second day - any fruit or berries, again in the morning and in the evening a glass of yogurt.
- The third day is protein. In the morning - kefir, for lunch - a pack of cottage cheese, for dinner - all the same kefir.
- 4th day - vegetable. You can eat boiled potatoes and drink two glasses of kefir.
- 5th day - fruit + kefir.
- 6th day - stone fruit: cherry, cherry, peaches, apricots. And do not forget about yogurt.
- 7th day - apple juice + mineral water.
