Summer Diet

Summer is the time to take control of yourself and take care of your appearance. In hot weather, you do not really want to eat, just snack with light foods and take advantage of our special diet.


The summer diet includes 7 meals.

Breakfast (choose one dish from 3 options).

Lunch

To the main dish, you can add 1 piece of rye bread.

Afternoon snack
Dinner
At 17: 00-18: 00 (4 options to choose from):
To the main dish, you can add 1 piece of black bread + 300 grams of any raw vegetables.

We also offer you a delicious 7-day diet, which is not difficult to adhere to several times a month. So, choose for yourself those vegetables and fruits that you love most, and absorb them all day - for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Monday

The first day is vegetable. Let's say you chose cucumbers. You can eat them in any quantity: at least 10, at least 20 kg during the day, but no matter how succulent the cucumbers, they will not replenish the liquid in your body, so we advise you to drink more mineral water this day.

Tuesday

If the previous day was vegetable, then, after him, fruit should follow. For example, apple, orange or pear. Distribute the fruit for four or five receptions and absorb the bulk during lunch. If at the same time you feel an intolerable hunger, then drink a glass of yogurt or kefir.

Wednesday

Today you can eat berries. It can be a fragrant fresh strawberry, plum or gooseberry. Eat berries throughout the day and drink in unlimited quantities of mineral or boiled water.

Thursday

On this day you should give preference to sour-milk products. Choose something dairy - kefir, yogurt or ryazhenka - and drink small sips during the day. If your empty stomach constantly reminds of yourself, then eat a little low-fat cottage cheese with a little sugar without sour cream. Finish this day is best with a glass of kefir.

Friday

Again the vegetables. Choose them at your discretion - it can be cabbage, pumpkin, potatoes (but not fried, and boiled) or juicy tomatoes. Eat only vegetables throughout the day and drink with mineral water.

Saturday

This day, devote to some berries: cherries, apricots or peaches. During the day, eat the berries you have chosen, and at night do not forget to drink a full glass of yogurt.

Sunday

The most, perhaps, hard and difficult. During the day you will need to drink some fruit juice - apple, grape or orange.
