The recipe for rice with almonds and raisins, a traditional Spanish garnish: 1. Peeled tomatoes from the skins, cut into cubes. 2. Soak the raisins in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Garlic and onions finely chopped. Finely shred parsley. 3. In a frying pan, melt the olive oil and butter, toss the onion and garlic, fry a couple of minutes until redness. 4. Add to the vegetables large ground almonds, stir and fry over medium heat for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. 4. Finally, add rice, parsley, tomatoes and raisins to the frying pan.
