Yeast pie with apples and cranberries

A small part (about 1/5) of the test is left for decoration, and the rest is rolled out. Ingredients: Instructions

A small part (about 1/5) of the dough is left for decoration, and all the rest is rolled out into a large rectangular layer about 5 mm thick. Roll the dough into a lightly oiled baking tray, level, form the sides. Sprinkle the dough with starch. Apples are cleaned from the cores, cut into slices and evenly distributed over the dough. From the top we evenly distribute cranberry jam. Evenly sprinkle with sugar. The edges of the dough are neatly tucked, forming a beautiful pie. The remaining piece of dough is thinly rolled out and cut into long strips. Each of the strips gently folded into a flagellum. We decorate the pie with a pigtail from long flagella dough. Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees, then take out of the oven, grease the edges with a mixture of beaten yolks, milk and butter. We put in the oven for another 10 minutes and bake until ready. We take the prepared pie from the oven, cover it with a towel, cool it to room temperature. We serve. Bon Appetit! :)
