- olive oil - 3 items. spoons
- ginger - 2 Art. spoons
- Shiitake mushrooms - 1 cup
- carrots - 3 pieces
- chopped onion - 1/2 cup (chopped)
- celery - 2 Pieces (stem)
- Salt and black pepper - - To taste
- rice - 3 cups (cooked)
- orange juice - 1 glass
- cranberries - 1 Glass (dried)
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ginger, fry until the fragrance appears, about 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and fry for 1 minute. Add the carrots, onion, celery, season with salt and pepper. Fry until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes. Add rice, orange juice and cranberries. Mix well. Put the mixture of rice in a baking dish. Cover freely with foil, bake for about 30 minutes.
