If you replace white rice with brown rice, you will get a particularly useful dietary dish. As mushrooms, you can use white mushrooms or any other mushrooms brown. Instead of broccoli, you can use fresh or frozen green peas. Preparation: Grind the garlic, chop the mushrooms. Rinse rice under cold running water. Put the rice in the steamer compartment along with the mushrooms and garlic. Put the vegetables in a different compartment of the steamer. When the vegetables are ready, finely chop them and add to the rice. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
