In a small bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix mustard and liquid smoke. Each tile of ribs is well lubricated with mustard paste on both sides. Then sprinkle generously with spices. The bottom of the oven is covered with foil (there will be a drop of fat), and on the grill we spread the ribs. Bake for about an hour at 170 degrees, then turn and bake the same number. We take the finished ribs from the oven, cut it and serve it. Done. Bon Appetit! :)
