In a medium bowl, whip 1 cup of warm milk, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, sugar, yeast and 2 cups of flour. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of warm milk, sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, salt. Add two more cups of flour and mix with whisk. Then mix this mixture with yeast. Gradually adding the remaining flour to the mixture, knead the dough. Cover a well-mixed dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. During this time, the dough should increase in volume by two times. The dough is ready, you can start cooking directly fried pies. The dough turns out sticky, therefore to work with it is better, having greased palms with vegetable oil. So, pinch off a small piece of dough, form a cake from it, put a little of your favorite stuff in the center of the flat cake - I have potatoes with fried mushrooms. We form a patty, we carefully patch the edges. We put the patty on the working surface, sprinkled with flour, with a seam down. In the meantime, we are making other patties from the remaining dough. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. In hot oil we throw our patties with a seam down. Fry until golden brown on all sides. Ready pies are placed on a paper towel so that it absorbs excess fat.
