Onions are cleaned and finely chopped, sprinkled with lemon juice and leave for 15-20 minutes. Peel apples from the peel and seeds, cut into small cubes. Boiled chicken fillet is cut similarly finely, mixed with apples. We add canned peas (without liquid) to the salad. Add the onions together with the lemon marinade. We fill with sour cream, olive oil, salt and spices. Mix well - and lettuce is ready!
