Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and put them into a bowl for baking, adding olive oil. In parallel, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a small plate mix parmesan, salt, pepper, paprika and a little sugar powder. Sprinkle with a mixture of potatoes, lightly mix it and put in the oven for 40-45 minutes, until the potatoes blush and cover with an appetizing crust.
