- Cucumber large - 2 pieces
- Shrimp - 400 Grams
- Rice vinegar - 4 items. spoons
- Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Seeds of sesame - 1 st. a spoon
Cut cucumbers into thin slices. If desired, you can make a kind of groove on cucumbers (as in the photo), but this is only for beauty, so optional. We prepare marinade: mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, powdered sugar, salt. Stirring. Boiled shrimps are filled with this marinade. Spread the cucumber on the dish. Shrimp put on a paper napkin to stack a superfluous marinade, and spread on top of cucumbers. On top, sprinkle everything with dried sesame seeds. Serve chilled. Bon Appetit!
