Spinach is sliced and salted. Dill is very finely shredded, and the onion is crushed thoroughly, after which it is mixed with spinach. Add pepper, nutmeg, and 2/3 of your vegetable oil. All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed together. The dough is rolled into two identical layers. One of them is put on a watered baking sheet and oiled. It is put on spinach filling, which is covered with a second test sheet. Protect the edges of both layers, and in the pie, make a few small holes in different places. Bake cake should be at 180 C for about an hour.
