- Milk - 200 Milliliters
- Flour - 100 Grams
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 75 Milliliters
- Vegetable oil - 1 Art. a spoon

- Sausage boiled - 200 Grams
- Butter - 50 grams
Mix all the ingredients for the dough (milk, flour, sugar, water, vegetable oil and salt), beat whisk until smooth. In a classic way, fry pancakes on both sides until cooked. Finished pancakes cut with large straws. Dice the sausage. Mix the warm pancakes with sausage, add butter. Stir until the butter dissolves - and serve.
