Portion puffed salad This portioned puff lettuce to my taste reminds me of something olivier, only instead of meat products it has white mushrooms. Salad is very nutritious, nutritious, the more fattening will be mayonnaise, the more delicious the salad will turn out! White mushrooms I do not advise to replace with champignons, it will be completely different, but instead of pickled cucumber, you can take fresh, it will also be very tasty.
Ingredients:- Potatoes 3 pcs.
- Salt 3 pinch
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Mayonnaise 500 g
- Parsley fresh 0.1 bunch
- Green onions 1 bunch
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Mushrooms, white 500 g
- Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.
- Pepper black ground 3 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the Borovichok salad we need the following ingredients: potatoes (I have a large one), pickles, chicken eggs, ceps (I have large mushrooms), onions, green onions and fresh parsley, mayonnaise, sunflower refined oil, salt and black pepper.
- Step 2 Pre-boil potatoes "in uniforms" and eggs "hard-boiled". Cool the cartwarm and eggs. We proceed to the direct preparation of salad. White mushrooms are mine, wipe it dry with a paper towel, cut into small cubes.
- Step 3 Fry until ready to cook white mushrooms with chopped onion on sunflower refined oil, slightly adding.
- Step 4 We boil the boiled and cooled potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- Step 5 Green onions are washed under running water and crushed.
- Step 6 We cleaned the boiled and chilled eggs, separate the proteins from the yolks and crush the proteins.
- Step 7 Salted cucumbers are also cut into small cubes.
- Step 8 Put the molding ring on a flat plate, spread the first layer of potatoes, water it with mayonnaise, slightly add salt and pepper.
- Step 9 Next, lay a layer of green onions. Again, pour a thin trickle of mayonnaise.
- Step 10 Next layer - pickled cucumbers, and again watered with mayonnaise.
- Step 11 On the salted cucumbers lay a layer of fried white mushrooms with onions.
- Step 12 Put the shredded squirrels on the mushrooms.
- Step 13 Generously water the layer of proteins with mayonnaise.
- Step 14 And the last layer is the yolks rubbed with fine yolk.
- Step 15 We mold the molding ring, decorate the salad with a leaf of parsley. From this number of ingredients, three such portions are obtained. Salad can be served immediately, and you can give him 1 hour to soak, and only after you serve to the table.
