In this salad, the ingredients are cut into separate plates. Salad is made immediately in a serving bowl, which is simply put on a handful of each ingredient. Instead of the Frenchman's sauce "Vinaigrette", which usually consists of a mixture of oil and vinegar with salt and pepper, this salad uses only butter, and the natural acid is given by finely chopped kiwi. In the traditions of French salads, an egg is used here, cut into mugs and finishing a hill of vegetables. This gives a salad salinity, so that the salad can be served for breakfast and dinner.
Ingredients:- Cabbage, Beijing 300 g
- Cucumber 1 pc.
- Radish 5 pcs.
- Kiwi 1 pc.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Parsley fresh 3 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Oil of a walnut 50 ml
