- fresh lemon juice - 2 Art. spoons
- mustard - 1 Art. a spoon
- olive oil - 1/4 cup
- large salt - 1 teaspoon
- Freshly ground pepper - 1 To taste
- ripe pears, cut along into slices - 4 pieces
- sausages pierced with a fork - 8 pieces
- fresh thyme - 1 To taste
Preheat the grill to medium-high temperature. Whisk the lemon juice with mustard. Add oil, salt, pepper and mix well. Lubricate the pears with 2 tablespoons of cooked sauce. Fry the sausages, often turning over, from 10 to 12 minutes. At the same time fry the pears until soft and slightly brown, 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Serve sausages and pears with thyme and the remaining sauce.
