Recipes of healthy baby food

It often happens that your baby is capricious and categorically refuses to eat any useful and nutritious food for baby food. Sometimes it is useless to persuade him. But you can try to provoke his curiosity and interest in the unusual name of a dish from a healthy diet. Perhaps then the child will want to try it. We have selected for you some recipes for healthy baby food with names that, no doubt, will entice the child.

"Funny" recipes for your baby.

Pass through the meat grinder 200 g of crab sticks, a can of canned corn and 2 medium sized bulbs. Add the mayonnaise and 10 finely chopped boiled eggs. From the resulting mass, blot the balls by rolling a walnut inside. Roll balls in grated cheese, preferably a hard grade, and place for an hour in the fridge.

Go through 1 glass of millet, rinse and dry. Then fry it in vegetable oil until golden. From the processed cereals cook the porridge on the water, adding 5 tbsp. l. sugar and salt to taste. When the porridge is almost cooked, mix it with 200 g of cottage cheese and cook a little more until completely ready. Such porridge is very useful for children due to the presence of one of the healthiest fermented milk products. After all, cottage cheese contains such valuable ingredients as easily digestible proteins and milk fat.

Boil 600 ml of milk, add 5 tbsp. l. sugar and tsp. salt. Stir the milk and slowly pour into it 7 tbsp. l. semolina. Cook the resulting semolina porridge for 10 minutes. Once the porridge is ready, cool it and add 3 tbsp. l. cottage cheese and chicken egg. Blind manno-cottage cheese balls, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown. Serve "islets" with a berry mixture, which can be prepared as follows. Fill with water 750 grams of frozen or fresh berries. Once the water boils, thicken the berries 1 tsp. pre-diluted starch in water. Once again bring the berry mixture to a boil, turn it off and leave to cool.

Knezite milk with a thin pancake dough and bake pancakes, frying them on butter on both sides. Mix cottage cheese with steamed raisins, add egg whipped with sugar and stuff the mixture with pancakes, wrapping them with envelopes. And if you pour their sour cream and lightly pour vanilla sugar, they will become even more delicious.

Knead for dumplings a mass of 500 g of cottage cheese, 100 g of flour, 100 g of wheat breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp. l. sour cream, 1 egg and salt to taste. From this quantity of ingredients you can prepare 4 servings of dumplings, rolling 4 "kolobok". Lower the "koloboks" into the salted boiling water, cook for 15 minutes. As soon as they come up, catch them with a noise, put them on a plate, pour sauce and decorate with parsley sprigs. Sauce for dumplings can be prepared from onions and tomatoes. To do this, scald the tomatoes, peel them off, finely chop and fry in a pan with onion on low heat.

Rinse 500 g of cottage cheese, add a pair of eggs, as much st. l. sugar, one tbsp. l. softened butter, as well as salt. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients and put a glass of sifted flour into the resulting mass. Kneading the curd pastry, place it on a table, sprinkled with flour. Roll the "sausage" from the dough, flatten them slightly and cut into small pieces. Throw dumplings in salted boiling water, then cook until the dumplings do not float. Serve with butter or sour cream.

Cook the rice porridge on the milk and a glass of cereal. Slightly cooled it, add a couple of eggs, 1 tbsp. l. Add butter, sugar and salt to taste, then mix well. After blotting the resulting mass of cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry until golden. Serve these cutlets with sour cream, jam or jam.
