How to work and not recycle? How not to stay at work for a long time, when all the colleagues have already left, but you still do not have time? By eating certain foods, we can "spur" the brain, make it work extra-fast faster. And if there are difficult negotiations in your notebook for tomorrow, or if you plan to work off-hour, urgently need to complete a complex project - get on the way to work with products with a high content of amino acids (nuts, seeds) or buy glycine in the pharmacy.

Features of the body.

And the last moment is the peculiarities of the organism. Do not forget about this fact, how the dependence of certain qualities of a person on the content of certain substances in the body.

We are addicted in our work from serotonin (with a good mood, for which this substance responds, it works much better, and in general it is believed in the future), men - from dopamine (responsible for ingenuity, assertiveness and ability to focus on problem solving) female and male hormones.

In a period close to menstruation, it is better not to expect from yourself a severe assertiveness in negotiating or communicating with a difficult client. If possible, within a week from this time it is better to do more "female" things. In passing, in my head, as soon as estrogens give way to male hormones (which are also produced by the female body), there will be time for achievements, and for solving complex problems, and scrupulous planning for at least the next month.

And it is during this period that the entire working day will be effective, the decisions will be made to give a clear vision of the situation.

How is this applied?

Based on your abilities, goals and objectives, you can use self-management: the working schedule changes during the working day, moreover - it is individual. Despite the general patterns, it is best for at least two weeks to keep track of your working hours, health, tides, and analyze the situation by plotting.
