Thoroughly mix honey and ginger, then beat whisk. If honey is sugared, then it should be heated in a water bath, stirring occasionally. In order to do this, pour the water into a small pan and bring it to a boil. Honey is stored in a container with a smaller diameter, which is then installed over boiling water. Nuts are fried until they emit a characteristic "heated" smell. The frying pan should be dry, without oil. Lay the yogurt over the dessert rolls, and then pour it with a mixture of honey and ginger. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nuts before serving.
