Turkey in marinade You can cook the same tasty shish kebab on a steak, as well as on a fire. But with the only difference is that children and some adults can not eat appetizing meat with a crispy crust. In our shish kebab there is no crust, but it is just as soft and fragrant. The aroma of meat will be added to the marinade: we prepare it from cilantro, mustard with honey. During cooking, we again use the "candy wrapper" method. To keep the meat juicy, we put the shish kebab in a parchment-wrapper. As a result - a delicious shish kebab!
Ingredients:- Turkey fillet 500g
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Onion purple 1 pc.
- Cilantro fresh 1 bunch
- Honey 1 tbsp. l.
- Mustard Dijon 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt 3 g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Black pepper powder 2 g
- Step 1 To cook a shish kebab, you need to take turkey fillet, sweet pepper, onions; for marinade honey, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, cilantro.
- Step 2 Prepare the marinade: wash, dry, finely chop the coriander. Chop finely 2 cloves of garlic. Add 1 tbsp. l. honey and 1 tbsp. l. mustard. Salt and pepper. Mix everything.
- Step 3 Wash the meat. Dry it. Cut into small pieces.
- Step 4 Put the meat in a bowl with a marinade. Stir well to ensure that all pieces of meat are smeared with marinade. Cover the top with a lid. Put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
- Step 5 Cut vegetables for shish kebab - onion and pepper rings.
- Step 6 Marinated meat strung on skewers, alternating with vegetables.
- Step 7 Put the prepared shish kebab on the parchment. From 2 sides we wrap the parchment, we twist in the form of a candy wrapper. The upper part of the wrapper is left open to allow steam to escape when heated. Put the shish kebab in the steamer steamer. Boil for 30-40 minutes.
- Step 8 Remove the prepared shish kebab carefully from the steamer.
