It is best to use a fillet cut from a bird's chicken to cook this dish, but it is also suitable for breasts, but remember that in this case the cooking time should be slightly reduced. Mushrooms can also be used different. The most delicate taste will give champignons, although fresh mushrooms or butter mushrooms also suit. Depending on your taste, you can at the end of the cooking add turkey stew, a little wheat or corn flour, then the sauce will turn more dense and satisfying. Ingredients:- Turkey fillet 800g
- Mushrooms champignons 400 g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Cream 200 ml
- Water boiled 1 tbsp.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt 2 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare this dish you will need turkey fillets, onions, champignons, spices and cream with a fat content of at least 20%.
