Grilled kebabs with shrimps, potatoes and cherry Such kebabs from potatoes, cherry tomatoes and shrimps, marinated in lemon juice, olive oil with garlic and parsley, are perfect for snacks, for a buffet table, for lunch! Ingredients:- Cherry tomatoes 8 pcs.
- Shrimp frozen peeled 100 g
- Potatoes 3 pcs.
- Lemon 0.5 pcs.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Sesame black 10 g
- Parsley fresh 0.25 bunch
- Olive oil 50 ml
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Step 1 Prepare the necessary ingredients: large peeled shrimp pre-unfrozen, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, 0.5 lemon, garlic, black sesame, olive oil, parsley, salt and wooden skewers.
- Step 2 Boil the potatoes "in uniforms" in salted water, peel and cut into medium pieces. Cherry tomatoes cut in half.
- Step 3 Thaw large prawns in a deep bowl, add chopped parsley and cloves of garlic, salt, olive oil and juice of half a lemon. Leave on so marinated for 15 minutes.
