- Mayonnaise - 1 Art. spoon (or sour cream or kefir)
- Egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil, salt, pepper - - To taste
Cucumbers to wash, peel and cut in half. Using a teaspoon, clean the seeds. Cucumbers grate, add to them an egg, a spoonful of mayonnaise (sour cream or kefir), starch, salt, pepper and mix well. Next, pour a little vegetable oil on a frying pan. Heat the frying pan well and spread the dough on the surface with a spoon. Fritters are fried on both sides on medium heat, then pancakes are put on a paper towel, we get a good soak to remove unnecessary oil and serve it to the table!
