Preheat the oven to 245 degrees. In a frying pan, mix the mushrooms, squash and onions. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and 3/4 teaspoons of salt, stir. Arrange the vegetables along the edges of the frying pan and lay the steak in the center. In a small bowl, mix the mustard seeds and pepper together. Pour the meat of the remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons of oil and sprinkle with salt. Lay the mustard-pepper mixture over the steak. Bake, turning once, for 15 to 20 minutes. Put the meat on a cutting board, cover (loose) with aluminum foil and let stand. Distribute the vegetables evenly, return to the oven and continue frying until they are browned and softened, from 8 to 10 minutes. Slice the steak into slices 6 mm thick and serve with vegetables.
