For cooking, we need the flesh of venison, preferably on a small bone. Thoroughly wash it, remove it from the films and cut it into small pieces. Then we put the pieces of meat into a clay pot, previously lubricated with vegetable oil or fat. Put the pot into the oven and simmer on medium heat in its own juice until half cooked. While meat is stewed, we clean several potatoes and cut them into large pieces. We clean the head of onions and finely shred. After that - potatoes and onions we put in a pot with meat and stew until ready. For ten minutes before the end of cooking, we add salt and other spices to the pot, to taste, as well as a handful of cranberries and cranberries. We remove the prepared dish from the oven and let it brew a little. Eat usually venison directly from the pot in a hot form.
