- stems of garlic - 1 To taste
- chilli pepper - 1 To taste
- sugar - 3 items. spoons (marinade for 1 jar :)
- salt - 1 st. a spoon
- water - 1 liter
- vinegar - 150 milliliters
- mixture of spices for marinade - 1 st. a spoon
Boil the jars. Cut the stems of garlic, put a couple of chili peppers in a glass jar. Pour boiling marinade and close the lid tightly. Leave the lids down for the night. The next day, move the workpieces to a cool place. Marinated garlic served as a side dish to meat.
