Stromboli with ham, onion and cheese

1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Fix two large baking trays with parchment paper or silicone mats. In a small bowl, mix the milk, salt and sugar, set aside. Cut the ham into cubes. Finely chop the red onions and garlic. Slice the Bulgarian pepper. Grate Provenol and Mozzarella, grate Parmesan finely. Sausage with a spoon and fry in a large frying pan over medium heat until it is browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the frying pan. Drain everything from the frying pan, except 1 tablespoon of fat. Add the ham, onions and sweet peppers. Fry, stirring until they become very soft and lightly browned, from 5 to 8 minutes. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
