Strawberry compote

For compote of strawberries, we need, actually, strawberries, sugar and water. And, of course, Ingredients: Instructions

For compote of strawberries, we need, actually, strawberries, sugar and water. And, of course, three-liter sterilized banks. You can just clean the jars thoroughly and dry them. Do not forget to put the lids in boiling water for a couple of minutes. The prescription prescribed for a three-liter jar, but you do it all by intuition (I mean berries, they need to fill a quarter or a bit more jars). How to make compote of strawberries: 1. First, pick and rinse the berries, remove sepals and damaged strawberries. The main thing is that the berries are clean, it depends on whether our compote will "fire". 2. Pure the berries in a jar. As I already mentioned, fill a jar of strawberries with a quarter or a little more. 3. Now boil the sugar syrup. Usually I count as follows: a glass of sugar per liter of water. In the pot, pour the water (as needed), bring to a boil and pour the sugar. Stir. When the sugar dissolves and the water boils - our syrup is ready! 4. Pour a small amount of syrup into the jar. So that it does not burst, you turn it over so that the hot syrup warms its walls, and then pour the remaining syrup in a thin trickle. 5. Fill the filled jar with a boiled tin lid, without rolling it, sterilize it on low heat for 10 minutes. 6. Cover the lid, turn over the jars and wrap them in a towel for the night. Compote of strawberries ready!
