As already noted, most sweets contain an excessive amount of sugar, and this substance is a carbohydrate of almost 100% purity. And now take into account that such sweets as sweets, candies or sweet wool almost entirely consist of sugar in one form or another. Using even a small amount of these foods, we increase the risk of overweight. If you can not forget about the sweets on your kitchen table, then try to at least consume them in the morning, as in this case digestible carbohydrates will have time to completely split with the release of energy. Some of these substances are sweeter than all known sugars in tens or even hundreds of times, so the presence of even a very small amount of such compounds in the food will make any dish sweet enough. However, using such substitutes is better in very limited quantities and for a short time.
