First you need to mix the dough. Take a glass of warm water, dilute yeast in it, add salt, sugar and a little flour. Leave the minutes for 10. Then gradually mix the rest of the flour and knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands. As soon as it stops - put the dough in a warm place, let it come. When the dough comes up (it's still about half an hour, depending on the yeast), it must be mixed with olive oil. This will take a couple more minutes. While the dough is resting, let's fix it. Grated cheese mixed with cream, add ground pepper. Stirring. Cucumber and cut into the most thin plates. The dough is divided into two parts, each of them rolled (we get 2 pizzas from the specified number of ingredients). Then spread the dough on the dough: first the nori leaves, then the cheese-cream mixture, then the canned tuna, shrimps and cucumbers. Bake approximately 15 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Bon Appetit! :)
