We take 3 doradas (at the rate of 1 fish for 1 person) of medium size, mine, we clean from the fins. For this, of course, it is best to use sharp scissors, but you can also use a knife. Once again, properly my fish, scales. Then, without fail, the fish should be dried - it is sufficient to get wet with a paper towel. Luchok cut into thin half-rope. Tomatoes, too, cut into small pieces. Fry in the oil luchok (to transparency), then add the tomatoes and stew for 3-4 more minutes until the tomatoes are soft. Next, add slices of chopped sweet peppers and large grated fresh ginger. Stew another 10 minutes, stirring, then remove from heat. The resulting vegetable mixture is filled with our fish. We spread the stuffed vegetables on the baking tray, covered with baking paper and lightly oiled with olive oil. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees. Dorada with vegetables is ready! :) Serve immediately.
