- flour - 2/3 Cups
- Cutlets from pork - 4 pieces (140 g each)
- Buttermilk - 2 Cups
- eggs - 2 pieces
- vegetable oil - 1 Piece
- crushed salt crackers - 2 Cups
- big buns for a hamburger - 4 pieces
- mustard pickle - 4 Art. spoons
Sprinkle the surface of the table with flour. Mix buttermilk, flour and eggs. Roll the cutlets in this mixture. Remove to the refrigerator for 12-16 hours. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan at 180 C. Fry cutlets with crushed crackers until golden brown. Collect the sandwiches, season with mustard. You can add a little salad leaves.
