Meatballs with meat and cheese stuffing
List of products used:
- minced meat from any meat - 0,5 kg
- cheese of hard varieties - 200-250 g
- egg - 1 pc.

- tomato paste - 1-2 tablespoons

Sequencing:
- Put the stuffing in a comfortable dish, salt, add the spices and beat the egg.
- Soak a bun in milk, wash and peel the onion. Twist the ingredients in a meat grinder and combine with the stuffing.
- Grind the hard cheese into small cubes.

- fatty sour cream - 2-3 tablespoons.

- rolls - 200 g
- cottage cheese - 100 g
- bulb - 1 pc.
- mustard - 2 tsp.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- flour - 1 glass

- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
- water - 1.5 cups
- onions - 1 pc.
- tomato paste - 3 tbsp.
- sour cream 150 g
- salt, pepper, sugar
We prepare meatballs:
- Peel and chop the onions. In a deep bowl, combine it with minced meat and cottage cheese. Squeeze a lot of garlic, add chopped greens, mustard and 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Stir in the egg and mix the ingredients carefully.
- Soak a roll in milk, put in minced meat, mix and form meatballs. Roll them in flour and fry in preheated vegetable oil.
- Transfer the dish to a prepared oven mold.
- Peel and chop the onions, carrots, tomatoes and sweet peppers. Stew all the vegetables in a separate frying pan until half cooked, then pour water to them, add sour cream and tomato paste.
- With the sauce, cover the meatballs and put in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
