- Peanut Butter - 30 Milliliters
- Soy sauce - 2 items. spoons
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
A piece of ginger rub on a large grater and fry in a wok on peanut butter. Literally 2 minutes on a fast fire. Add finely chopped onion and chopped sliced pepper. Stir, fry for 2 more minutes. Add in the wok thinly sliced carrots and asparagus beans, cut into 2-3 parts. Stir, continue to fry in a quick fire. We pour into soy sauce and sugar. Stir vegetables, fry for another 2-3 minutes and remove from heat. Serve immediately, sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional). Vegetables must be soaked with soy sauce and crunch slightly.
