In the course of the experiments, the influence of such seemingly incompatible concepts as emotions, social connections, improvement of health, and the "upward spiral" on which this influence is taking place was studied. In the 21st century, we entered with firm confidence that the mechanism of diseases in our body is triggered from negative emotions.
