Tomatoes are mine, dried, and then cut into rings approximately 0.5 cm thick. Make a filling for tomatoes - rub the cheese with parsley and mix with the squeezed garlic. We make original sandwiches: we take a ring of a tomato, we put a stuffing, from above we put another ring of a tomato. Accurately we roll each piece in flour, breadcrumbs and egg. Then fry in preheated vegetable oil until a firm crust is formed. Done!
