In a saucepan or a cooking basin, we lay berries of cranberries, add water and warm it over low heat to a state where the berries are completely softened. 3. As soon as the berries are softened, we remove them from the fire and, until they cool, we rub through the sieve. 4. We put the mashed potatoes in a saucepan, add sugar and cook until done. Readiness is easy to determine - firstly, the mass volume will decrease by about half, and secondly, the mass will acquire the consistency of jam. 5.
