Closed pie with berries This delicious pie is prepared in the American manner - "closed method". Short pastry dough on top and bottom, only with slits for the exit of steam in the baking process, and in the middle a juicy, delicate, delicious sweet and sour filling. The filling can be chosen according to your taste, but a combination of pear-cranberry or cranberries takes the first place in my heart rightfully! Fresh pears are very much appreciated by baking lovers for their fragrant, juicy sugar flesh, as well as for the whole storehouse of all that is useful: and it is not surprising, in pears, a lot of fiber, useful organic acids and vitamins. During the spring, pears will also save you from the influx of depression.
