Raisins, meanwhile, are soaked in water. We mix banana puree, sugar, vanillin and spices. Beat with a mixer, then add crushed nuts and raisins to the mixture. We take the dough from the refrigerator, roll out a large cake from it. We take a baking mold (diameter - about 25 cm), grease with butter, spread the dough into it.
