Vladislav Surkov: biography

There are two versions of the place and time of birth of Vladislav Yurievich Surkov. According to one version, he was born on September 21 in the village of Solntsevo, in 1964 (Lipetsk region). According to the second version, his real name was Aslambek Dudayev and he was born two years earlier in one of the villages of the Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Republic.

Surkov is deputy head of the administration of the head of state, an assistant to the current Russian president. In the past, Surkov was an employee of large entrepreneurs - Mikhail Fridman and Mikhail Khodorkovsky. First he got into the administration of President Yeltsin, it was in 1999. Then he worked on several global projects that were aimed at strengthening the position of President Putin. In particular, in 2000 and 2005, two youth movements were created: "Walking Together" and "Nashi"; at the beginning of the 2000s he participated in the creation of the electoral bloc Rodina and the political party United Russia; In three years he worked on the creation of the party "Fair Russia". According to some experts, now he oversees all personnel issues of the Government of the Russian Federation and the media.

From 1983 to 1985, Vladislav Yurievich was on urgent military service in the special unit of the GRU (Main Intelligence Directorate). After that until the beginning of the nineties he was the head of several organizations and private enterprises. In the year 87 he became the head of the advertising department of the Central Scientific and Technical Center (Menatep Center), which was created by Khodorkovsky at the Frunzensky district committee of the Komsomol.

From 1991 to 1996, Surkov was the head of the department for work with clients and the head of the advertising department at Menatep, which unites financial and financial enterprises, and later the MENATEP bank, which, as is known, was headed by Khodorkovsky.

In early 1999, when Yeltsin was still on the post, Surkov took the post of assistant to the head of the administration of the head of state, and in August he became deputy head of the administration.

In the spring of 2004, Vladislav Yurievich received the post of deputy head of the administration - an assistant to the president. While holding this post, Surkov provided information and analytical support, as well as solved the organizational issues of the activities of the head of state on domestic policy issues, as well as federal and international relations.

In the autumn of the same year, Surkov began working at OAO AK Transnefteprodukt (TNP), he was elected chairman of the board of directors, and in the winter of 2006 he resigned from the post at the order of Fradkov.

The most active participation of Surkov in political projects, whose goal was to strengthen the position of the Russian president, according to the media, was when creating the youth movements "Nashi" and "Going Together", as well as the Rodina bloc. He is considered the main creator and ideologue of the main party of Russia - "United Russia". In addition, according to some media, he played a leading role in the creation of the Rodina Party, the party of pensioners and the party of life (the alliance of these parties competed with the main political party of the country, getting the name "Fair Russia"). Thus, "Fair Russia" became the second "party of power".

Speaking about his personal life, Vladislav Yurievich is married and has a son. His wife, Julia Vishnevskaya, initiated the creation of a unique museum of dolls in Russia. His wife and son since 2004 live in the UK, in London. The press also published information that Surkov is in divorce, and since 1998 he lives with a civil wife, with whom they have two children.
