Count calories, make a menu for each day, taking into account the requirements of the next diet - so long will not last. 1,5 kg of raw or baked apples, 2 cups of tea or coffee without sugar.


Kefir
1.2-1.5 liters of kefir or curdled milk.

Vegetable
1.2-1.5 kg of fresh vegetables (cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce) in the form of salads, seasoned with a small amount of vegetable oil, 1-2 cups of unsweetened tea.

Meat
300 g of boiled meat without salt, vegetable garnish, 1 cup of coffee without sugar, 2 cups of unsweetened tea, 1 cup of broth of rose hips.

Fish
300-400 g of boiled lean fish without salt, 1 cup of coffee, 2 cups of unsweetened tea, 1 glass of rose hip broth.

THE LONG COUNCIL . Unloading days can be alternated in any order. Just remember that the allowed amount of food and drink should be stretched for the whole day. Well, if you become unaccustomed to dizziness or hunger becomes unbearable, a glass of strong sweet tea with a slice of bread will immediately bring you back to normal.
