- Unsweetened yogurt - 2 Cups
- Green onions - 2 Pieces
- Green chili - 1-2 pieces
- Ginger root - 1 Piece (the size of a thumb)
- Garlic - 1 Tooth
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Juice of 1 lemon - 1 Piece
- Salt - - To taste
- Seeds of cumin - - To taste
- Pepper - - To taste
Peel and cut the cucumber in half. Remove seeds with a spoon. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and grind the cucumber on a rough grater. Make a puree of ginger and garlic, add to yogurt. Chop chili and green onions. Set aside a little for the decoration and add the rest to the bowl, stir. Add crushed seeds of cumin, salt and pepper. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Bon Appetit.
