1. In a large bowl, mix 3/4 cups of flour, sugar, salt and yeast. In a saucepan, heat the milk and butter together until the mixture is warm. 2. Gradually pour the warm mixture into the flour mixture and mix with a mixer for 2 minutes or vigorously stir with a wooden spoon for 3 minutes. 3. Add the egg, yolk and another 1/2 cup of flour, beat for 2 minutes with a mixer or 3 minutes with hands. Add the remaining flour and whip and mix until smooth. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap. Give the test to rise for one hour, until it doubles in volume. Meanwhile, grease with oil and sprinkle with flour a bread mold. 4. When the dough is doubled, put it into the prepared form. Cover with oiled film and allow to rise for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, preheat the oven to 190 degrees. 5. Bake bread for 35-40 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then allow to cool completely on the stand.
