Bread with pears

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and lightly oil the bread pan. Ingredients: Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and lightly oil the bread pan. Mix flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl, mix with a fork. If you use nuts, take 1/4 cup of flour mixture and mix in a small bowl with chopped walnuts. Peel the pears from the peel and the core, then rub them on a grater so that you get about 2 cups. 2. In a medium bowl, combine butter or vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, grated pears, nut mixture (if used) and vanilla extract, mix well. Add the pear mixture to the flour, stir until the dough becomes evenly moist. Put the dough into a prepared form and bake in a preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, until the bread is browned. 3. Let the bread cool in a grate form for about 10 minutes, covered with a kitchen towel. Then lay it on the grate for complete cooling, the top side up. 4. Before serving, you can sprinkle the bread with sugar powder or pour glaze, mixing 3 tablespoons of milk, a pinch of vanilla and 2 cups of powdered sugar.
