Zrazy with mushroom filling Zrazy is a very tasty dish that has come to our kitchen from the west - from Poland, Lithuania. As historians suggest, the recipe of the dish in Polish cuisine was brought by the wife of one of the rulers of the Commonwealth, by origin Italian. Zrazes are distributed among Belarusian and Ukrainian culinary specialists, who began to prepare not only traditional meat zrazy from beaten beef, but also from meat and potato minced meat. As stuffing used steep eggs, vegetables, mushrooms and even porridge. I got very tasty zrazes from chicken minced meat stuffed with fried white mushrooms and mushroom sauce. Zrazy turned out very juicy, lush, incredibly tasty! Try it - you will not regret it!
Ingredients:- Chicken breast 300 g
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Mushrooms, white 200 g
- Onion 50 g
- Breadcrumbs 50g
- Salt 5 g
- Butter 10 g
- Potato starch 20 g
- Step 1 To prepare the dish you will need chicken breasts, fresh (frozen, dried, canned) ceps, egg, onion, breadcrumbs, salt, if desired - black pepper, butter, potato starch.
- Step 2 Chicken breast and onions cut into minced meat.
- Step 3 Fold the meat and onions in the bowl of the food processor.
- Step 4 Prepare the stuffing.
- Step 5 Frozen white mushrooms unfrozen and chopped.
- Step 6 Fry the mushrooms in butter.

- Step 9 Cut the cutlets, joining the edges, roll in breadcrumbs.
- Step 10 Fry in a pan with butter on both sides.
- Step 11 Fry the zrazes in a microwave saucepan, greased with oil, sprinkle with soy sauce, if desired. Set to maximum power for 5 minutes. After the break, another 5 minutes at a power of 80%.
