Milk soup with vermicelli

1. In the saucepan bring the salted water to a boil. Add vermicelli and boil until cooked. Drain the water, throwing the vermicelli into a colander. 2. In a saucepan bring the milk to a boil. Add vermicelli and sugar, salt to taste. Stir and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes. 3. Ready soup to pour on plates, add to each serving a piece of butter.
