Ingredients:- Flour, wheat 250 g
- Cream 120 ml
- Sugar 130 g
- Soda 0.75 tsp.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 6 tbsp. l.
- Cinnamon ground 0.5 tsp.
- Cognac 2 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Apple 3 pcs.
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To make a fragrant apple pie we need wheat flour, apples, chicken eggs, lemon juice, sugar, sunflower refined oil, fat cream, cognac, ground cinnamon, soda.
- Step 2 We combine the flour, sugar and cinnamon.
- Step 3 Mix the dry mixture with a whisk or a spoon.
- Step 4 Separately beat the eggs.
- Step 5 Pour the egg mixture, cognac and sunflower refined oil into a dry mixture. Stir if possible - the dough at this stage is dense.
- Step 6 We pour in the fatty cream.
- Step 7 We also add soda, which is suppressed with lemon juice. Stir the dough until smooth.
- Step 8 Cut the apples, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Add the pieces of apples in the dough.
- Step 9 Mix the dough so that the pieces of apples are evenly distributed in it.
- Step 10 Put the dough into a baking dish.
- Step 11 Bake the cake in a preheated to 185 C oven for 30-35 minutes.
- Step 12 Finished the cooled cake sprinkled with powdered sugar, mixed with a pinch of cinnamon.
