Cupcakes with Christmas trees Decorated in this way cupcakes can be served for New Year and Christmas holidays for dessert, but even without a creamy "cap" and Christmas trees, muffins look very appetizing, so they can be cooked with great success year-round! The taste of cupcakes is obtained with a distinct lemon flavor, airy, sweet, fragrant! I recommend very successful muffins!
Ingredients:- Cream 200 ml
- Beze 6 pcs.
- Sugar powder 1 tbsp. l.
- Sugar 100 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp.
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Sunflower refined oil 115 ml
- Milk 175 ml
- Flour, wheat 300 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 For the preparation of lemon cakes we need wheat flour, sugar, lemon, sunflower refined oil, baking powder, chicken egg, salt. For decoration, we will need Christmas trees, meringues, cream for whipping, powdered sugar.
- Step 2 We combine sunflower refined oil, chicken egg, sugar, milk, salt.
- Step 3 Lightly beat whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Step 4 Add the juice and zest of one lemon. Stirring.
- Step 5 Pour in the flour sieved with the baking powder.
- Step 6 We knead the dough - it turns out not thick, sticky, in consistence similar to dough for pancakes.
- Step 7 We spread the dough into molds - I got 6 large cupcakes.
- Step 8 Bake in preheated to 190 C oven for about 40-50 minutes (if the small cupcakes, then reduce the baking time). We take out the prepared cupcakes and let them cool down completely.
- Step 9 While the muffins cool down, whip the cream with sugar powder.
- Step 10 We decorate the cooled cupcakes with cream and meringue. We serve for dessert.
